The home lenders are JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Countywide, Bank Of America, Wells Fargo, and Washington Mutual. The new home foreclosure plan is called project lifeline and will be announced today by Hud - the department of housing and urban development. This new plan is designed to help home owners who are in serious trouble with their mortgage - those home owners who are at least 90 days late on their mortgage payments.
