At 9:00 a.m. the Annual Fourth of July Parade, followed by a flag-raising ceremony, there will be entertainment, a raffle and games for children, will kick off. From 12:00 p.m – 5:00 pm Independence Day Picnic Celebration will be held by the Marine Corps League Detachment located at 8405 Sunshine Grove Road, Brooksville, Fl. Fireworks to Celebrate America will kick off at Weeki Wachee Springs, 6132 Commercial Way (corner US 19 & SR 50). Fireworks will begin around 9:00 PM and continue for an hour. For more information please call 352-596-2062. Park Patrons will be allowed to remain inside the Park for the fireworks show.
